the payment processors RegNow and RegSoft. RegNow and RegSoft are
e-commerce platforms provided by the US based company Digital River Inc. (Nasdaq: DRIV).
Orders paid for using PayPal or Credit Cards are normally processed within 1 - 2 hours

Sales Tax
Residents of Minnesota and Washington, USA will be charged Sales Tax on orders placed
through RegSoft and RegNow.
Due to European Community regulations introduced on the 1st July 2003, VAT will be
charged on orders placed through RegSoft and RegNow from customers based in the following
countries:

- Finland

- Germany

subject to VAT, because under United Kingdom law, Winnersh Triangle Web Solutions is not

Refunds
Due to the fact that our software products each have evaluation versions available
which have extensive functionality, no refunds will be offered once a product has been
purchased. This does not affect your statutory rights.
